1977, the year of the Ghost Driver

It's quite amazing to see most Sakura Night related projects come back to live. So, who's next to rise from the grave? Holy shit, watch out! It's the Ghost Driver and he's more angry than ever before. Deeper, darker and angrier, this is the kinda Ghost Driver that races through your nightmares at 88 MPH in the wrong lane. But how did all of this begin in the first place? The legend takes us back to 1977...

In 1977, in the deserts of Nevada, a mysterious car began mowing down innocent victims. No one knew the make or model of this car-of-carnage, and no one was able to catch a glimpse of the license plates. Stunned onlookers wiped the blood from their faces and stammered that it looked like a Camaro while others swore on their mother's grave that they saw it change shape. Robin Wrenshaw, a shaken auto mechanic of Blue Diamond Auto, reported that she had seen it change from a 1970's style Camaro into a futuristic-looking model of the car. In her own words: "After that thing ran over Billy Myers, it stayed in neutral and blasted its horn like it was claiming victory or something. Then it started to make this ear-piercing sound and the metal of the car started crunching, transforming into a different model...some would call me crazy, but I think it was disguising itself so It wouldn't be recognized." Eyewitnesses said the murder-mobile would be preceded by a cloud of smoke so thick you could only see the twin beams of headlights approach through the fog. Other witnesses said it fired its engine so loud that the citizens of distant cities heard the rattle. The noise was so powerful that people plugged their ears with whatever they could find. Some claimed that after it's hit-and-run victories, the car left behind a dust cloud that formed the image of a human skull out of smoke. Because no one was ever able to tell who was driving this vehicle through the windows painted a ghastly black, law enforcers began calling it the GHOST DRIVER, while townsfolk believed that the car itself was a ghost...
